A traditional native vine, it is the symbol of these noble lands.
In the past it was called "Tocai", now it is called "Friulano", a noble name that enduringly binds this great wine to the history of our district.
With our Friulano Fossa Mala, we want you to discover the relationship between our traditions and our ambitions.
Grapes are harvested during the first two weeks of September. The must obtained is a cuvee from macerated, vinified as white must, to emphasize the typicality of the vine.
It undergoes slow fermentation in stainless steel vats under strictly controlled temperature.
This is how we obtain an intensely straw coloured Friulano with a delicate, fruity, rich flavour with a note of almond that makes it unique.
